After a few PMs to sort out some technical difficulties, Pam sent the DxDiag by email.
In summary, I've suggested:
1. Transferring media files to C drive for course of project (previously working off external drives)
2. Updating GPU drivers (link sent)
3. Using lower quality setting on camera (JVC Everio HDGZ-HD620) to make life easier for PC
