Power2Go » No burner error » Go to message
Cyberlink DVD Suite Deluxe and Power2Go came with my new HP PC Windows 7. Tried to use the program to burn a DVD and I get the "no burner is currently available or you do not have the rights to a burner. I am the administrator of the PC. Have been intouch with techs from Cyberlink and HP for 2 weeks both have sent me links for Power2Go 6.0. Installed them and the same message comes up"no burner etc" Can anyone help me?

Have been in touch with techs at Cyberlink and HP for 2 weeks and they sent me a new link for Power2Go. Inatalled it and the same error came up .No burner etc. can anyone help me.
