Cyberlink DVD Suite Deluxe and Power2Go came with my new HP PC Windows 7. Tried to use the program to burn a DVD and I get the "no burner is currently available or you do not have the rights to a burner. I am the administrator of the PC. Have been intouch with techs from Cyberlink and HP for 2 weeks both have sent me links for Power2Go 6.0. Installed them and the same message comes up"no burner etc" Can anyone help me?
