Per Piyush's instructions:

I tried the "msconfig" test.
The program still crashes after a few minutes.This problem has been going on way too long!

Something also needs to be done about all the "Code Verification fail" errors. Connecting with support is Sooo frustrating!

I have had problems playing Blu-Ray DVD's on my Power DVD Ultra & 9 software. A tech emeiled me and instructed me to respond to a link and attatch the Diag file. This was all fine and dandy until the verification code error came up and wouldn't allow me to send the diag file. I have tried to do so countless time!

An 800 number for support would be expected. Having to pay $29.99 for support is not cool in my book.
