I have had problems playing Blu-Ray DVD's on my Power DVD Ultra & 9 software. A tech emeiled me and instructed me to respond to a link and attatch the Diag file. This was all fine and dandy until the verification code error came up and wouldn't allow me to send the diag file. I have tried to do so countless time!
An 800 number for support would be expected. Having to pay $29.99 for support is not cool in my book.
