Video Intro Template Flickering Once Produced

Hello, I am new to video editing and powerdirector. When I produce my videos I seem to be getting a flickering effect on my Video Intro Templates that I am using. It doesn't happen in Powerdirector but only once I produce the video to then be published online. I can't seem to figure out what is causing this. Please Advise.

If the produced video seems OK on local playback, then one would question the online process. A link or example of the issue would be useful for members to judge.
