I've attempted to communicate this issue with customer service directly and despite sending all info and requested screenshots/videos/PPMs I have not gotten a solution. When I am attempting to add a 3D title anywhere in a video and I move that title, it lets me do it BUT the title that was in the original spot is STILL VISIBLE. Even if I do it multiple times, each time I move it, it's like there's a freeze frame or a clearly visible artifact left in the old spot. Then if I try to add an "In Animation" such as 3D Solo Swirl, it's like you can see each frame of the movement and it STAYS on the screen. I thought it might go away once it is produced but it does not. I desperately need to understand why this is happening and how to fix it.

Hi,

Lets stick with one laptop for this troubleshooting. I'm sorry but there will be some repetition of questions/answers if members here are to help-out effectively.

Please go through this post:
https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/85748.page

and provide as much detail as is relevant - particularly the DxDiag here:
https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/85748.page#post_box_354916

If you have screen captures of your issue they would also be useful, they can be attached to the forum post if size allows or provided on a cloud location but please refer to this post:
https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/83642.page

It would be easier to demonstrate the issue (if possible) on the simplest possible project - say with one or more sample images - so that members can duplicate steps on their systems, rather than having the issue of not knowing the exact clips involved, in case they could be influencing the problem.

Cheers,
