PowerDirector 365 hardware acceleration + RTX 3600TI not supported

Why hardware acceleration is not supported?
My PC:
MB asus, ddr5 i9 12900k, RTX 3060TI
Windows 11 pro.

We'd need to see the details of your custom produce profile. You may want to use the Profile Analyzer to automatically determine the best producing profile for your current project.

No issues on my end with those exact settings. PD is set to use my RTX2070:



Take a look at this post and see if the issue was caused by a previous crash during producing.

Otherwise, please follow the steps in the Read Me Before Posting guide and attach the DxDiag test results.

Sorry but i'm not a programist i'm just pay for software and sofrtwre doesn't work.

Ok. Hardware encoding clearly works on my computer (as shown in my screenshot), so the issue is what's going on with your computer that's interfering with that. Video editing has many technical aspects, and in order to get hardware encoding to work somebody will need to see the details of your system.

If you're unwilling to follow those suggestions then maybe you should ask for a refund. You can reach Cyberlink customer service here.
