It sounds like you are asking if it is possible to create text or titles that fly in toward the viewer.

It's exactly the same technique only you start out zoomed in and then smoothly zoom out as your drone flies away.

You can also use starting and ending text animations like StevenG suggested>You'll have to adjust the effect to track with your footage by changing the duration of the starting & ending segments in Title Designer.

I spent some time and put together a very simple sample project which can be downloaded from this OneDrive folder.

Here's what it looks like after producing:


Each title only uses 2 keyframes, with the smallest zoom in each title set for ease-in or ease-out to enhance the effect of being farther away.

While you're editing, you'll want to disable the border and shadow settings in the Title Designer to reduce the amount of work PD has to do to preview the titles, and then only enable the full effects when you're ready to produce the project.
