What frame rate should I render in the UK with smartphone video?

It seems that smartphone manufacturers refuse to give us 25 and 50fps on smartphones, instead we only get 30 and 60fps which is more of an ntsc frame rate. So being that most of my video is now shot on my phone ( simply because it's with me all the time) it's all in 30fps, but PD advises I should render in PAL as its the UK standard, but if I do this, the video becomes choppy. So I'm being forced to create finished videos in ntsc frame rates. This also destroys mixing clips from my existing 25fps videos
And all this is just because smartphone manufacturers won't give the PAL world 25fps
If your in America, thank yourselves lucky to have a fully compatible video system and no flickering lights.
So back to the question, should I be concerned to master in ntsc format onto bluray in the UK?

Changing framerate, source to produced, is never really a good idea unless true multiples. You could use FILMIC Pro on your phone for filming and select 25 and/or 50fps if you wish to be compatible with existing clips.
