I would call Cyberlink about this problem, but it would cost me $30 to do so (no free telephone support).

I have opened an online trouble ticket with the following text:

"Nobody is able to use the YouTube production facility of PowerDirector. Apparently the Cyberlink to YouTube portal is broken. The following message occurs when click on the Produce > YouTube buttons.

This is not a software level issue. Everybody is having the same problem. See postings on the PowerDirector Forum for evidence.

Good Morning Roy,

The weather here this morning was initially pretty miserable with hail showers but I saw a smashing rainbow set off against very dark grey clouds. Some snipe rose up a little earlier from the field I walk in, their startled screech call made me smile. I strained to see the curved beak as they raced away. I should have had my video camera, perhaps to share the moment with you. As I sit here now looking out of the window at a smidgeon of blue sky peaking out behind the grey and white clouds, all these racing chariots on the wind, I wonder what troubles a man to shout so loud with foolish and insulting text?

The issue has been reported to CyberLink.

1. Why should the rest of us pay for a higher priced product for you to get "free" voice support?
2. This forum is not technical support.
3. As stipulated in the attachment instructions the maximum file size is 100kb

Please search the forum for advice on creating your own wmv-prx templates. I would be surprised if you received advice from CyberLink about Vimeo as it is YouTube PD connects to.
