How to maintain playlist original order in the cloud and/or arrange playlist in User specified order?

Are you talking about maintaining the playlist when viewing it within the Powerplayer app? Which app are you using? iOS or Android?

playlist created on laptop using win11. Transferred to IOS, iPhone & iPad via the power dvd cloud. The playlist order on the IOS devices is different than on the Win11. I want the order to be the same

Hello,

We can confirm that this is currently a bug in the iOS PowerPlayer app, as it works fine on Android. As a workaround try downloading the playlist and media to your local device. That should work in the meantime.
