True Theater Sound setting not saved

I go to (settings) (more audio settings) I choose (True Theater sound) (ok)
and the next time I play something the setting is reverted to (no effect)

I've never faced this issue and just checked and it is working. So a little strange that it happens on your PC. Best bet is to contact Cyberlink's customer service:

I don't think I have a serial number because I bought the program in steam, so I can't contact support.
