Before I go ahead and purchase PD19, can someone please confirm that it's possible to export 60fps at 4k. This isn't something I can do in the trial version.

In addition to what tomasc posted, please be aware that there are actually not any standard 4K 60p producing profiles in the full version, but you can quickly create a custom one in a couple of clicks using the Profile Analyzer on the Produce page. You can also manually create one by changing an existing 30p profile to 60p as shown here.
