Dear friends

I have already read similar posts to my case, but I couldn't find a resolution to this problem so far.

I have the trial version of PD19, since yesterday, in order to workout with this and deside to work with the software or not, for my video editing. I find the PD software easy and friendly so far, but this problem makes me feel very sorry. My videos are created from my drone DJI mavic 2 pro.

Please, just because I am not familiar with technical terms... I would appriciate your help.

See this FAQ under Other Limitations for the trial: https://www.cyberlink.com/support/faq-content.do?id=24890 . It states that 2K/4K resolution H.264 video files are not supported.

These and other limitations are not in the paid versions. There is a 30 day money back guarantee for it.
