Effects Waiting to install in Application manager

Have downloaded a bunch of the effect packs but they end up stalling out and not installing. Just says Waiting to install.
Anyone have any ideas?

Many common issues have been addressed on the forum already. Read through this thread and see if rebooting, uninstalling or uninstalling and removing leftover settings steps do the trick.
