I understand the frustration but please remember this is a member to member forum, hosted by CL for members to ask other members for help with their PDR software.
Your posts hold no information that enables anyone on the forum to assist you and, whilst it might be a release to vent your frustration, it doesn't help either you or anyone else to reach a solution. We try and discourage using the forum as a type of social media platform just to vent!
So, if you want to explore solutions with other members, and allow them to help - if they can - you will need to provide appropriate information about your issue.
Since you both seem to already have interactions with CS, if you let me know your CS ticket nos. I will endeavour to find out a little more about your situations.
