Can you add particles such as moving lines or dots, etc. to still photos?

Yes, if you have the most recent version (PhD 365 or v11). This page has videos showing more details.

I have Photo Director 11, but i do not see an animation tab.
Under Photo Effects is Improve and remove.
Thye video is showing Animation.

It looks like only the subscription version (PhD365) has these features. I apologize for earlier stating that PhD 11 (perpetual license) was included.
