It has been less than a year since purchasing...and I just want the same program I purchased on my new laptop. What can I do? Thanks, ya'll.

If customer service ever responded then I wouldn't have to ask on a forum. Sometimes you have to try other avenues, but your snarky remark makes me wish I went with another software choice. Thanks.

Saying "please" is considered snarky these days? That's a new one.

Through customer service is the only way to get your software back.

Customer service doesn't respond right away, I've waited about a week for a response myself. tell me how much time you have been waiting, if more than a week, then maybe write again because the message did not reach them.
