.dzt files say they import but never show up

This happens whether I click on the file or import it through PD16 itself. I'm a newbie, just now learning...

Do they appear in your Download Folder? If thet are there then Double click on the title to install them. After that they should appear in the title room/Downloaded for the aspect ratio of the particular title you choose to download like 9:16, 4:3, and only in that aspect ratio.

Thank you! I did find out it was my aspect ratio, when I did that all 15 duplicates were there from my constant clicking on them...lol
