PD16
Entire video made up of photos
In preview pane and playing in preview pane they look fine--just like they were imported, but when the video is produced they are all flipped on their side in a vertical view instead of horizontal. Any ideas on how to get the video to produce the same way it previews in horizontal manner.

Thanks

I never tried to make such a video but could it be due to the embedded orientation information? I think you could easily perform a batch edit of your photos (to fix the orientation instead of letting PD to read the embedded information on each photo) using a free image browser like IrfanView or Fastone.

Hi Will777,

Dimitrios may well be onto the possible cause of the issue.

Some further information would help:

  1. What's the source of the photos (camera?)?

  2. Are they shot in portrait or landscape mode? What resolution?

  3. What's the aspect ratio of your project?

  4. What format/profile was used for production?

  5. What media player was used for viewing?

  6. Is it anything to do with Facebook or YouTube?

If it's a 9:16 video, might it be related to this thread?

Cheers - Tony
