I have CyberLink on my PC - it came pre-loaded. I am interested in purchasing the Cyber link suite and getting the best one you have.
But, I don't see how I can set up a title page with two movies listed and be able to click on one of them and them get a sub-menu with chapters. Or click on the other of them and get a sub-menu with its chapters. Is this possible? This is a requirement for any DVD burning software I buy.
ALSO, I don't see how to burn an image file to my hard drive and then later retrieve it and copy it to a DVD.

I really need software that will handle those items.

Hi p -

If you haven't read Robert's notes on menus, that would be a good idea...

On that page, as well, Dafydd put a link to many video tutorials that will help answer your issue...

Those would be good starting points.

Cheers -

Tony

It is difficult for me to watch videos with a dial-up internet connection. I watched some of them but haven't found an answer to my question.

Could someone briefly tell me if they have done this and a couple of sentences as to how to do it?
I still don't see how I can set up a title page with two movies listed and be able to click on one of them and them get a sub-menu with chapters. Or click on the other of them and get a sub-menu with its chapters. Everything seems to be oriented toward having just ONE movie on a DVD with lots of chapters and fancy fonts and effects.

thank you p smith

P

PD7 does not support multi-layer menus. So you simply have like chapters in a book. You have no ability to build drill down multi-layer type menus. PD7 does not support a img file. Instead you can burn to a DVD Folder on your hard disc and then use one of many utilities to create a disc image or burn this DVD Folder to a DVD.
