After updating the latest PowerDVD 12 update I can't play any BD anymore:
getting the follwoing error:
"cyberlink powerdvd cannot play this content because it is corrupted". Already tried to reinstall with no success.

Since we are unsure of exactly which version of PowerDVD 12 (OEM or retail) you have, or anything about your current platform and you please submit a ticket to technical support?

Hi,

I receveid a generic looking answer on the support ticket. Do I need to react to this? e.g. it ia sking to resubmit a DXdiag with updated graphic drivers, and proof of purchase of the product. I doubt if the graphics driver is not 100% up-to-date that it will casue PowerDVD to generate the error that I am expereincing if the only thing that chnaged was applying the DVD 12 patch.

Also, regular DVD's are still playing...

In any case, please advice what is truly needed to debug the problem.
