Still no 24hz auto switch or manual switch with latest 2316 patch how to get refund?

Hi Cyberlink-Hicham

as i still cannot watch a film all the way through without getting a headache caused by the frames skips from watching a 24hz film in 60hz, can you please explain the process on how to obtain a refund

all i want is either 24hz to work with 4k or a refund please no more replies unless you can supply valid info to get either of those accomplished which is why i addressed it hicham

You asked about a refund and I gave you the information since your request might have been time critical. I now see that it is not.
