Need Help - YouCam cannot connect to my webcams

I'm a long time YouCam user, and recently upgraded to YouCam 7.0. Now YouCam cannot connect to my webcams. I've done all the standard troubleshooting, tried to get support from CyberLink, but it's slow coming.

Windows 10

Logitech webcams work in all other programs, and used to work on YouCam

Everything is up to date

Appreciate the help.

Hi ChelleFB,

Have you checked the settings? Please check if the right camera is connected. I would also update the camera drive. (device manager).

Yes, I’ve checked all the settings, updated all drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled everything related. 😕

Hi ChelleFB,

Ok, one more suggestion: start your device manager and check the video devices / Picture devices. From there you can delete the camera (if it's an extern one) and Youcam. Reboot your system and install Cam and Youcam.

If the issue still persists so please contact the customer support.

Find supporting software to run webcam properly. Install it and configure with the webcam.
