It seems I have a dynamic library issue which may call for a re-install of W10, yuckers.
If it's a system dll it might be worth running sfc in a command prompt first before re-installing Windows ( Windows Key + X, choose "Command Prompt(Admin)" then type in "sfc /scannow" without the quotes of course ). Sorry if I'm 'teaching Grandma to suck eggs '
Man oh man. I have tried scannow, chkdsk, memory test, created a new administrator account, deleted temps umpteen times, disabled UAC, rolled back Nvidia driver to a year ago, the ntdll.dll (if Support is correct) is just ruining my days. Everything else seems to work fine, just cannot alter (99% fail) menu background in PD13,14,15. As far as my Grandmother sucking eggs, those are ugly rumours started back in the 50's when my nana dated Seargent Sanders (before his promotion to Colonel)...I can't even type that with a straight face...
