After Patch 2403 it seems to work now with the issue that SVRT doesn’t work when creating Blu-ray Discs with the 50p/60p profile.
Before the 2404 Patch Authoring time for 2 minute 33 seconds took over just 26 minutes.
Now after the 2403 Patch Authoring time for the same video 2 minute 33 seconds took just over 13 minutes.
50% decrease in Authoring time!.

Any more on the 240 vs 200 header issue as it is the same with this release?

Cannot download this patch, the downloader is downloading the previous patch.

Downloaded and installed with no issues.
Recommend to delete the previous downloader if you get the previous beta.

I have tried that so I am not sure why it is downloading the previous patch. I have tried both Chrome and IE. I did notice though that if you refresh this page for a second you get the name of the patch (the one I see is PowerDirector_2319_GM4_Patch_patch_VDE141112-02.exe) just before it changes to the downloader link.

Fixed the problem by deleting the patch 2319 file and then the downloader worked by downloading the 2403 file.

Just attempted to install this version and was informed that I didn't have a compatible version 13 on my machine.

Does the file need to run from within the Cyberlink directory?

Umm, You don't have the LIVE version do you?
Just a suggestion if it's the non-live version:
Go to: C:\ProgramData\CyberLink\Downloader
Delete all the ini files located there.
Close the directory.
Go to the link above (forum thread) and download the exe again and run the file.

This update fixed this, Fixes the issue que color clip board or Become black in timeline previews.

But now I have another worse, whenever I try to make a Snapshot, PD13 lock in 100% only go out with Ctrl + Alt + Del.

I went back to see 2326 works normal, back to 2403 V continues the error here.

downloading of the 2403 beta is very very slow (+/ 30.00kbs).
Is there any other way to download this file fast (instead of cyberlink downloader? I7-4910MQ, 16gb ram, 256 samsung evo 850 pro, gtx-860m GPU

That patch did fix my "nothing but black" preview on timeline. But I do have a question.....my PD 13 was working fine yesterday ...what caused it to start not showing the video once it was on the timeline? I don't remember doing any kind of download or anything.

This happened to me on the first snapshot I took but after that it worked fine.

I am facing too much issues with Producing MP4 H264 codec files with Hardware video encoder enable, it creates poor quality files, only solution is to disable the HW encoding but in that case video takes ages to produce but quality is good !! however I produce very long video files in one shot and speed time and energy saving does matter to me, I have already contacted tech support but they are very lazy in replying or understanding by issues. I have linked below two links, one with poor quality and one with good quality, Ithe good quality is produced with CPU only and bad quality with GPU HW encoder:
