Glad that it is working for you. I cannot take all the credit as this was originally posted in the RealFlight forum to resolve issues with the scrren saver and power saving options in MIcrosoft Windows 10 not working when the RealFlight Controller was plugged in.

I unplugged my controller to resolve that issue and then was workign on the finding a resolution as to why the PHD6/7 menus would not work and discoverd that they were working.

I am now working on trying to detemine exactly what is causing this interaction to happen.

Thanks Robert58 for reporting your findings, and to PIX for referring it to CL! Very much appreciated.

While I have not had the issue happen often, I know that I did not have anything plugged in. I take that back, I had a USB cordless mouse on my laptop plugged in, but everything worked fine for about a week or so (with W10 & the USB cordless mouse) before the problem occurred with PhD6.

Thanks again to everyone for sharing their knowledge & experience!

I know this is nearly a year later, but thank you as I had this issue today, I have about 12 USB devices plugged in, however I have a wireless doogle for a controller which I unplugged first and low and behold the menu returned and I did not even had to restart PhD7
