Thanks. The reason I ask about editing a produced video is that I tried to do that...3 times with no luck. I would get almost finished and get an error message that an error occurred and the video had been comprimised, referring to audio being lost or ruined. And, when I tried to play it, there was no audio. So I gave up. Only 2 options given, close the program or something else that wasn't good either. There was a list of the errors. Deborah Babin-Artist

I'm sorry you've been having all these problems. Or need to know more about the error messages and exactly when they occur to be able to help.

Please know that no damage has occurred to any of your existing files, the only thing that happened was that the new file couldn't be produced
