Why Can't I play Blu-ray Discs ?

Dear Friends:
I am a film maker and Blu-ray DVD authorer. However, none of my discs will play on Power DVD Ultimate 12 ! Also, no commercial Blu-ray DVD titles will play ! Why ? I've paid enough for this program and I absolutely require Blu-ray playback on my laptop. I use an ISV Certified HP 8730w Workstation class Notebook with Vista 32 bit Business running with a nVidia Quaddro FX 3700M performance graphics card. I have done several uninstalls and fresh installs without effect, and I'm getting quite browned off with this product o be honest ! I think Cyberlink can do a better job with this product ! I am also running the latest patch so what gives ? I am also having problems trying to find a link on the website to contact tech support directly and have faikled to do so ! I'm VERY disappointed and I need some assistyance if you folks can provide any.

Hi,

I guess you have PowerDVD 12 ULTRA, there is no Ultimate PowerDVD.
