My KWORLD USB capture device came with PP 4. If I tell it to capture video, I get a blue scrren dump. The Cyberlink version-checking app says that my software is up to date. I am running Vista w/4GB of RAM. Can anything be done?

Thanks,

Paul.

This is not the 'Paul' relating to this crash problem. My problem is with the menu audio slider stuck at 10 seconds.
