Yes, H.264 in a MP4 container will HA encode with 960m using current release of PD13, current Nvidia drivers, and will utilize NVENC vs CUDA encode (dll's you manually added)

I mentioned that earlier in the post, thanks for confirmation. Maybe see what PD14 brings to the table when released, for what I know it's not a GPU issue, but current PD13 software exposure limitation.

GPUz does verify that the GTX 965 is based on the M204 revision A1. So perhaps PD14 will have better HEVC support.
