I deleted the patch 2810 and downloaded and installed the patch 2816. Thank you Optodata PC specs :
OS Windows 10.0 Pro
MB - AS rock Z77 extreme 11
Intel 3770K @ 4.0 Ghz OC
Gskill 32 GB RAM 1800 Mhz
6 TB HDD, SSD bootable
nVidia ASUS GTX 660 Ti
BenQ 22" LCD monitor 1920x1080

Great! You can also just change/add/delete a single letter of the previous patch's file name and the downloader will no longer recognize it.

That way, the older patch is still available and you can re-install it if you have any problems with the newer patch. Since it's already deleted, you could probably retrieve it from the Recycle Bin if you needed it.
