Changing "MY VIDEOS" and removing unwanted "text"

I have been having my own problems and been getting help in another area of the forums. What I did about the 'My Video' problem was to grab it and move it off of the page completely. I then put _my_ title in that spot, as it looked like a good spot, design-wise and in the saved template that name stayed there. :

If I don't want a menu - IT KEEPS SHUTTING DOWN

In Produce CD

I click <Menu Preferences>
then I click <No Menu>
then I click <Apply to all pages>

THEN IT SHUTS DOWN? Help!
