This will be my last Cyberlink purchase. This people are telling me to prove my claim by supplying information that was wiped out by the product update.

In my purchase history it clearly shows I purchased the PDVD12Ultra yet their own records are insufficient.

Complete incompetence.

30 days trial expired and purchase PDVD 12.

Hello,

very sorry about the trouble caused by the wrong download provided with the Downloader.

Our team has removed the downloader and the Patch is available directly now.

Please install and activate your original Version - then download the Patch from our Website

PowerDVD 12 v1618 patch download from Website (no downloader)
