Well, I uninstalled everything and tried Revo Uninstaller, but it didn't seem to find anything. Perhaps I didn't use it properly, but I'm afraid this problem just isn't going to get resolved. Jerry Schwartz

Never EVER have I seen such issues re: Smartsound. Your persistence has been astounding. My suggestion at this point is if you really like SS, then get the Mother program from Smartsound, I have it and I feel like Mozart when I am composing a soundtrack. I'd like to see SS though, take over your machine from a remote and fiddle around inside to figure what's wrong. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)
Nvidia GTX 960(4GB)/16GB DDR3/
Canon Vixia HV30/HF-M40/HF-M41/HF-G20/Olympus E-PL5.
Tape capture using 6 VCR, TBC-1000, Elite BVP4+, Sony D8 camcorder with TBC.

I think they did remotely access my machine. They spent a lot of time with me.

To be honest, I don't have enough need for SS to pay for their music. I don't, at least now, use PD for gain. This has just been a burr under my saddle.

I do have SonicFire Pro, so I can (and do) use the free stuff. Jerry Schwartz
