Cranston and all, I have the greatest respect for the members of the forum, my issue is solely with the lack of customer service on CBs part, I think their customer service expense is to pay one part time guy in, who knows where, minimum wage and he must answer 180 customers issues per hour or he will be terminated.

Let me suggest that Mrs Chang's name be changed to Mr's Ka-ching (cash register cycling) Again I browse and learn here occasionally, there are some brilliant and talented folks here who obviously have tons more patience than I have

again thanks all for the help

does CB headquarters ever even thank you for all your time

It would be magnificant if the beta testers could devote their time to the features (Nina comes to mind) of the program sadly they spend most of thier time defending its flaws and quirks

Aye....

We are beta testers no more. That is over with. We never had, nor do we now have any control over what Cyberlink decides what is and is not important. What you may think as those defending it's flaws and quirks is in reality users attempting to get past a useless frame of mind that some people have, that does nothing but moan and groan about a problem and also does NOTHING to help, but instead they attempt to get a useful solution so those that are having a problem can go on about the business of creative video editing.

And to be quite honest, we are getting tired but amused at you Mr. Dickyflyfisherman.... you have not contributed at all to anyone who has a problem other than to cry baby about whatever your problem is with Cyberlink and Power Director.

If you have a idea or solution to someone that is having a problem, please give it. If you are just going to whine about CL and PD, how about doing everyone a favor, and just keep it to your self. I am sure there may be a time when everyone may need to bemoan CL or PD because of a problem, but you sir, take it to an entirely ridiculous level.

Guys ;

I now take it upon me to close this thread!
I had a go at that this morning, and I try again.
The list will be published, I understand, if not in this
forum, then by mail to all the testers I should think. (?)

Let's close now-
and hope/wish for postings of links to good,
interesting, creative, funny, meaningful, postive-
and maybe inventive and awsome videos from us all.

And- to stray completely away from all subjects here in the thread;
Norway got another worldchampion - again - today, Nordic skiing,
by the worlds best female skier: Marit Bjørgen.
If I had been in Oslo, I would surely have made a video of
the ordeal she went through.
Just something.
