Video Audio out of sync

Thanks for jumping back in Tony,

Unless we are sitting next to the PC it is difficult to differentiate between "out of sync" and stuttery playback which we are all to familiar with.

The user has recorded in a lower setting 1280x720 in the past and there was no sync issue. It seemed to show itself when recorded at the higher resolution 1920x1080. This the laptop just couldn't handle.
