Hello and a nice weekend to all!

I'd like to use in my project 2 videos in same time, one of them is a route map video and other is a video clip. I think one of them should be transparent (?).
I checked forum search and youtube, but didnt find any tips (or maybe I just dint use the right words).
What me to do, how to finish the project?
PowerDirector 17. Windows 10
Processor: Intel Core i7-4770 (8M Cache, up to 3.90 GHz); Hard Disk: SSD 250Gb + SSD 500GB.

Hi,

do you want the 2 videos both to display all the time ?
If so, you just have to choose the position for them, in preview or Modify.
You can switch between different positions, duration, adjust opacity level with keyframes etc.
To have anything displaying, opacity (transparency)can not be down to zero.
If you want your mapclips to show "underneath" your videoclips, place those clips in
track 1 (as background), adjust the opacity of them down- and then use your other clips as overlays (track 2,3,4......)
at higher level of opacity (100%).

Nina

PS: I see Tony is logged on. Maybe he has an example at hand.( In his large suitcase of examples )

The map at the top would have to be on a transparent background, an be placed on a track under the video. As for the animation, i suggest you check out this thread.
