I use a camera that records in MPEG 4. I can play the unedited video through my PC file share DB , BluRay and on to my TV screen. After I edit the video and produce it in MPEG4 the PC file share no longer recognizes the format and will not play it. Simply after removing a few frames from the beginning.

any ideas why?

Thanks.

Hi,
I use *.mp4 video and I'm curious about your problem.

The mp4 format can use a variety of compression codecs and that is the crux of the problem.

There isn't a lot that can be done for you on this matter. I use a device which allows me to view both the Camera created mp4 and the PD output mp4.
