Uploaded my MP4 video in Power Director 365, when trying to listen to the audio it seems to be corrupted? It's got a huge amount of static overlaid with the voice underneath it.
Plays perfectly fine on computer, so it's just when it gets into Power Director it has issues.
Anyone come across this issue? First time user, can't find anything in the forum or support with this issue.

Hi,
A couple of suggestions -
Ensure your PDR is the current version.
In the Media LIbrary Select file>rt click>Extract audio. This will give a .wav file (that PDR generally finds much more comfortable to handle) that can be used instead of the original audio track. If that works at least you can get editing.
