My setup.

Windows 7 ultimate 64bit
PowerDirector 10 Version 10.0..1005
SR number VDE110929-04

I tried to uninstall and reinstall (twice), but still no luck.

But now i got one more error(se attach) If i click ok, PD10 starts (strange)

And yes, i did look in the forum for a solution first, bu no go.

I have no clue now, what to do.

Try to update my Powerdirector to 1012, but got a error message

Unable to install the patch. Your system must have version 10.0 of PowerDirector installed. The installation will abort.



I installed PD10 twice (clean), but get the same error message every time. Any idea what to do?

I spent many hours now, to fix this problem, but i got no idea what to do now.

Running Windows 7 64bit, PowerDirector 10 ultra download version (upgraded)

I just can't find NewBlueFx?

Is it me or did they hide it.

In user guide page 89

CyberLink PowerDirector now includes many special video effects from NewBlue*.
To view these effects, select the NewBlue filters from the drop-down in the effects
library.


I dont have any thing called NewBlue in the filter section.

Can anybody help me????
