I upgraded my Media Suite from Version 9 to 11 this weekend. Although during the installation process I was asked to uninstall old versions to be replaced by new versions, when it was all over, I have BOTH Power DVD 10 and Power DVD 13 installed on my system. If I go into Programs and Features, I can uninstall Power DVD 10, but PowerDVD13 doesn't even show up on the list. Can I safely uninstall version 10? I running Windows 8.
I'm getting exact same errors. I thought upgrading from the free software that came with my BluRay burner to the purchased Power2Go Deluxe 6.0.0.3108a would cure the problem. But it didn't.
I'm running Win7 64-bit. Please find a fix for this!
