Nigel -

I don't think there's any need to excuse your editing skills! Your camera does a great job too.

Thoroughly enjoyed the view... & I especially liked the sound of skis on snow at the end.

Great work & thank you for sharing.

Cheers - Tony

Hi Nigel,
Thanks for the update. Just to clarify re: - Installing ffmpeg did not fix The codec pack fdshow is part of k-lite whereas ffmpeg is a compression package offered to editors. For example ffmpeg is an online compression tool used by streaming sites to convert video from one format to flv.

Hi

Yes, I realise that. but K-Lite must include something else in addition to ffmpeg, be that different default config, or additional codecs. 'Installing plain-old ffmpeg stand-alone did not fix' is perhaps what I should have stated.

Hi Nigel,
Maybe a couple of cross purposes here.

For more information, click: ffdshow

Click for more info: ffmpeg

I think you're muddling ffmeg and ffdshow up.

Hi Nigel

Thanks for the link

Great photos

The skyline of Melbun hasn't change much except we now have a 90 something storey building called the Eureka Tower with an awesome observation deck on the 88th floor.

Loved the photos of 'Ramsay St' that's a couple if miles from where I live

Happy editing
