Constant freezes

This is my 3rd post on freezes in PD 11 trial version. Didn't think I should include this with the other two because they are occurring at different points.
This morning (2/21), I opened my only project and did a preview, being concerned about the audio problem (http://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/27134.page). Audio levels were all even across the board. I then clicked on Produce and selected MPEG4, default.
After the producing completed, I decided to do a Preview. Clicked on the play arrow, preview screen stayed black and when I clicked on the pause button, PD11 froze again and I could not go back to editing, burn disc, or even close it by clicking on the X in the upper right. Everytime I clicked on something, I got the rotating circle.
Then, it disappeared from my desktop. If I click on the icon in the task bar or on my desktop, nothing happens. Again, to close it out I have to open the Task Manager end task.
Then, once is closed, I clicked on the desktop icon and now it won't open.
I guess I'll not be using PD 11 anytime in the future. I've not had any problems with PD 10, so, as we said in the military, "if it works, don't fix it".
PD 10 Ultra has worked fine for me and I guess I'll just continue with it
Cyberlink needs to do some looking into the constant freezes.

Please use Windows to search for your event log files, find the one for PD 11 and post it so we can see what is the faulting application . Example attached

Use Windows or another screen capture program and add it as an attachment. I use the free "Jing" to do capture.

Regardless, what does it say? .

Here's what it says:
The program PDDR11.exe version 11.0.0.2418 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more info about the problem is available check the problem history in the Action Center Control Panel. Process ID: 2a7c
Also, I've tried 3 time to include an attachment but all I get is the rotating circle with the word Saving greyed-out.
I will try one more time with just the atch to see if I can get it sent.

This also happens with this and other errors PD11.
Sometimes the message, or video drivers stopped and recovered ... however PD11 is locked, I have to use Task Manager.

To avoid major hassles project I saved every moment.
For projects that use SVRT + Transition in PD11 has serious mistake.
I have to use PD10 for this case, it works normal.

One difference I noticed after upgrading Ati Catalyst 13.1, in PD11 can enable Open CL, without causing problems in rendering.
In PD10 still has problems with rendering when using effects, blur effect, example.
Off Open CL on PD10 works well AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3
SSD SUV400S37240G / 2-HD WD 1TB
AMD Radeon R9 270 / AOC M2470SWD
Windows 7-64 / PD16 Ultimate

It seems that PD11 has many problems. I am working with stevek right now on another freeze issue.
Here are my posts on the freezes.
As for the saving, I learned the hard way that everytime you make a change, or every minute or two, save, save, save.

I've never had a problem with PD10 and am hoping I can get it on my new computer as I'm definitely not impressed with PD11
