Photo Director Crop not working

This just happened yesterday but the yellow lock is staying on and not letting me un check it and then there is drop down menu of crop choices etc

not sure how this happened but I hope someone knows how to correct it

A few questions:

Which version of PhD are you using?
Are you trying to crop in the Adjustment section or under Edit?
Does anything in this discussion help?

I was in the normal adjustment area where I usually do the cropping

I ended up closing the software and re opening it and it got back to normal but that was strange

another very strange thing that happened is when I inputted an all white pic it was crashing the software right away

seems like there may be some glitches in the Photo 365
