Biography: Is there a customer complaints department for Cyberlink that doesn't just get sent to the usual useless tech support guys? I have lost thousands of dollars dealing with an Amit who cannot help, follow clear instruction and has wasted two weeks of my time! Is there anyone at Cyberlink who knows what they are doing? I am sure a phone call would have the issue rectified in 15 minutes but Cyberlink obviously don't care about long term customers. 15 minutes is too much of an investment. I will never buy Cyberlink nor recommend it or it's services ever again.
