PowerDirector suite 365 is on sale for $89 dollars. After 1 year the renewal is $139. Is the renewal charge ever on sale?

Not sure I've ever seen a "sale" of the subscription renewal, but I haven't specifically looked either!!

Maybe other members have seen something??
