cyberlink support - cannot add information to existing ticket

hello,

I am just trying to add text and 4x attachement to my ticket where support is asking for info...

i am putting text, .png ot .txt files attached..
press Accept and submit//

but nothing happens..
any idea?

info: no popoup blucker, cookies accepted... tried on edge, firefix, win10 and win11

By any chance are your attachments larger than 5MB?

No very small files and legit file format

It may be that they're having problems with their server. Possibly waiting a few hours and trying again will help.

You could also try placing the 4 small attachments in a zip file and attaching that instead, or maybe upload them to OneDrive or Google Drive and include a link to that folder in your main message.
