Runing version 20.0.2106.0.
When I start PowerDirector, or when I start the Application Manager, it tells me there is a new version available for download (10/06/2021, 941 MB).
However, when I start the download it seems to be stuck at 0%.
Any ideas?

This exact thing is also happening to me. I tried updating because my PD crashes everytime I put a .mov file into the timeline, and the progress never got past 0%. I uninstalled and re-installed and my PD keeps crashing. This has never happened to me in the 1.5 years of using PD. I need this to get fixed soon otherwise I am switching software.

Do you have the newest version of the App Mgr, where the display looks like this?

If not, download the latest version from the link on the FAQs page. Also try rebooting to make sure nothing is hung up from a previous download attempt.

If you already have the latest version, you can try uninstalling/reinstalling it. You can also try right-clicking on the desktop icon and then choose Run as Administrator.

Uninstall/reinstall did the trick! Thanks!
